When you see a clip on Instagram or Pinterest, you never really know how much preparation went into it. You rarely stop to think that the photographer didn't just focus on the bride and groom, but planned every detail and every prop one by one.

Did that umbrella just teleport there?

Did that schedule magically appear in their hands?

And did those sparklers buy themselves?

You see? Please don't underestimate the preparation behind the videos you love. However much they prepared, we need to prepare just as much. The bridal bouquet, invitations, sunglasses, cigars, umbrellas and so on. Please keep in mind that the better prepared you are, the more beautiful the results we'll achieve together.

It wouldn't make much sense to compare a wedding held in an average country garden with no preparation to a wedding that was planned for months and held at a stunning hotel. After all, you have neither that level of preparation nor such a beautiful venue.

Of course, the talent, perspective, framing and equipment quality of the photographer you hire will affect the outcome. But no one can compare a fully prepared seaside hotel wedding with a wedding held on a neighborhood side street...

So what do we do in this situation?

We'll weigh our options. We'll meet with our photographer and the other parts of the organization. We'll save reels that suit our venue in advance. We'll gradually gather the props we need to recreate the shots we saved. And on the wedding day, we'll follow our timeline to the letter.
